Poised Movement is founded and led by Jordan.
Her approach is shaped by years in finance, strength training, and coaching within high intensity environments, where discipline, precision, and consistency are essential.
She blends classical Pilates principles with a modern, functional approach creating sessions that are structured, intentional, and deeply controlled.
Each class is designed to build strength from the core while cultivating presence, awareness, and ease in the body.
For Jordan, movement is a return, grounded, focused, and fully embodied.
